President, Chief Executive Officer and Director: Sean Campbell
Mr Campbell has over 15 years experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Campbell has previously served as VP and Founder of Suretech Completions Ltd. a subsidiary of a major international oil and gas service company. Prior to that he was President and founder of Suretech Tool Services Inc. a private company specializing in innovative and leading edge downhole tool design. Mr. Campbell is an expert in the engineering and design of completion tools, including downhole liner packer systems used in essentially all horizontal well multi stage fracturing completions.
Founder, Director Business Development: David Nordheimer, M.Sc.
Mr. Nordheimer is a Professional Geoscientist with 8 years exploration, operational and development experience in unconventional tight oil and gas plays. In his role as a Geoscientist he was responsible for the full field development of the Dead-Wood tight oil play for a major oil and gas exploration and production company in the Texas Permian Basin. Mr Nordheimer brings considerable operational expertise having been directly involved with planning and execution of numerous horizontal, vertical and extended reach horizontal wells. In addition, he has designed and completed numerous completion programs for horizontal multi-stage fracs. Prior to founding Stage Completions Inc., Mr. Nordheimer held positions with Apache Corporation, Apache Canada Ltd., BP Canada Energy Company, and The Ichnology Research Group.
Director Sales: Daniel Rojas, Mec. Eng., P. Eng.
Mr. Rojas graduated from the University of North Carolina as a Mechanical Engineer. His 28 years of experience in the oil and gas industry includes offshore and land operations and focused on the completion side of business, including Multi Stage Completions and Stimulation, Sand Control, TCP, HPHT, Multi-Laterals. Mr. Rojas was recently involved in establishing multi-stage completion companies in the US and internationally including Suretech Completions US operations in 2012 (GM), Tam Completions US operations in 2011 (GM) and Peak Completions International operations in 2009 (International Manager). Mr. Rojas has been involved in completion equipment design, operations, management, and sales in the Gulf of Mexico, Latin America, US land tight gas and shale plays, and China land tight gas and shale plays. For the last 3 years Mr. Rojas has been with Tam Completions, Peak Completions, Packers Plus (Sales Manager), WFT/Johnson Screens (BLM), Halliburton (Country Manager and Sales), and Guiberson (Engineering Manager, Sales).
Director Operations: Ken Schneider
Mr. Schneider has over 26 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, holding many high positions in international and domestic oil and gas service companies. His roles have included General Manager of Suretech Completions and World Oil Tools; Operations Manager of Suretech Completions, Baker Hughes, BJ Completions, Innicor Completions and Logan Oil Tools; International and Domestic Sales Manager with Innicor Completion Systems. He has also held field positions and district management positions with Guiberson Oil Tools, Halliburton, Schlumberger, Cummings Oil Tools and Secure Oil Tools. He was the co-owner of Summit Tool Services which eventually sold to Innicor Completion Systems in 2003. Mr. Schneider started his career with Alberta Gold Well Servicing advancing his career to Rig Manager before venturing into the completion tool business. His expertise is of cemented and open hole multi zone completions used in horizontal well bores. He is an expert in the operations and sales of startup, medium and large downhole tool companies and has an extensive portfolio of clients and operational personnel.
Director: Garth Braun
Mr. Braun is a seasoned oil and gas executive with over 10 years of oil and gas experience combined with 30 years of diversified business experience in finance and real estate. Over the past several years, Mr. Braun has led Blackbird Energy Inc. through the successful acquisitions of two E&P companies, the divestiture of noncore Montney assets, the accumulation of 81 sections Elmworth Montney land and the drilling of Blackbird's first three Elmworth Montney wells. Mr. Braun was instrumental in raising over $50 million of capital for Blackbird Energy Inc. Mr. Braun was previously the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of an international oil and gas company, a private equity manager and a principal of a private real estate development company that completed over $1 billion in real estate development.
